Testimonials

“What a lovely cosy evening learning a new skill and then leaving with a beautiful blanket! Both Collette and Chrissy were really helpful and patient! I don’t have any experience making things like this & didn’t need any, instructions were very straightforward and great fun to do! Would highly recommend 🤍 and fantastic value for money. Thank you both.”

“My 1st time learning arm knitting run by Chrissy and Collette. Both very professional and instantly made me feel very welcome. I went along on my own and was Introduced to others within the group. Both good instructors regarding how to start and continue, both very attentive and watching what we were doing. An enjoyable experience and would certainly return again. Thank you both for the experience. 😁 xx”

“I absolutely loved the arm knitting class i attended tonight. I have never in my life done any knitting so felt a little apprehensive but I didn’t actually need any knitting experience! It really was so enjoyable will definitely be back to have another go. Had a lovely time and got to take a beautiful blanket home too!”

Our Story

Ghyll House Farm Yarns, a venture born from the shared passion of two sisters, Collette and Chrissy, nestled in the picturesque Yorkshire Dales. Influenced by their Nana’s early teachings in knitting, the sisters embarked on a journey to merge their love for yarn with the beauty of their Yorkshire home.
